What is a credit?+
Credits are the single currency for everything Singuse does: AI answers, deep reasoning, web research, browsing websites, analyzing files, generating documents, images or video, and running agents. Bigger jobs use more credits; simple questions use very few. You always see an estimate before expensive work and the exact usage after.
Do credits expire?+
Purchased credit packs never expire. Monthly plan credits renew every month and unused ones roll into the new period as long as your plan is active.
Can I change or cancel my plan?+
Yes · upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from Settings → Plans & billing. Downgrades apply at the end of the period you already paid for.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
PayPal (cards and PayPal balance, with automatic renewal) and crypto (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT and hundreds of other coins, prepaid per period).
What do teams get?+
